Arthur Jones is an East facing ground floor room offering convenient access to the back garden area and rear guest entrance. With its rich sable toned walls, carpeted flooring and two comfortable reading chairs, it inspires guests to relax and unwind. Furnished with a wooden bureau, marble night stands, reading chair and lamp.  This versatile room can be set up as either a King bed or two twin beds.  It has a large walk-in closet, mini fridge, and a smart TV. The tastefully updated bathroom features marble floors, a marble topped vanity, spacious walk-in shower with a built-in bench and glass doors. 

Marsh is located on the ground floor offering convenient access to the back garden area and rear guest entrance. With its serene color palette and its two plush sitting chairs, the Marsh room is a guest favorite. Its two large East facing windows shower the room with morning sunshine.  This room offers hardwood floors, a wooden bureau, along with a writing desk and two comfy chairs. It has a walk-in closet, mini fridge, and a smart TV. The tastefully updated bathroom features marble floors, generous marble topped vanity and a spacious walk-in shower with a  built-in bench and glass doors.  

The Dorset suite is tucked away in the back of the Inn. This ground floor suite offers easy access to our back garden area and rear guest entrance. You enter into the spacious living room with its soothing earth toned walls and decor with East facing windows.  This room is furnished with a corner gas fireplace, plush sofa, sitting chair, tufted ottoman for placing tired feet, and writing desk with chair. There is a Keurig coffee station, mini fridge and a smart TV. The handicapped accessible bathroom features a whirlpool tub, separate roll-in shower with teak bench, wall mounted vanity sink, heated marble floors and towel warming rack. Continue down the hallway to the luxurious king bedroom with a lovely four poster bed, large wood bureau, smart TV and closet. Hardwood floors run throughout the suite with area rugs for warmth and comfort. This room is our fully ADA compliant room. 

The Myrick suite is tucked away in the back of the Inn. This ground floor suite offers easy access to our back garden area and rear guest entrance.  You enter the living room with its cheerful mustard toned walls and charming floral wallpaper that frame large West facing windows. This room is furnished with a gas fireplace, plush sofa, leather wing chair, tufted ottoman for placing tired feet, and writing desk with chair. There is a Keurig coffee station, mini fridge and a smart TV. The large spa bathroom features a whirlpool tub, separate walk-in shower with glass door, large vanity sink, heated marble floors and towel warming rack. Continue down the hallway to the king bedroom with a luxurious king bed, large wood bureau, smart TV and closet. Hardwood floors run throughout the suite with area rugs for warmth and comfort.

Earnest West, a standard king room located on the second floor with East facing windows. It offers convenient access to both the front and back staircases due to its central location in the inn. This spacious room with its neutral décor, has a comfy wing chair dressed in gingham, two oversized nightstands, carpeted floors and a sitting bench at the foot of the bed. It also features a mini fridge, and TV. The tastefully updated bathroom has a standard tub/shower combo, and marble topped vanity sink.    

Mettowee, a “King Plus” room, as it features a luxurious suite sized bathroom. Located on the second floor, facing the garden side of the Inn. It offers convenient access to both the front and back staircases due to its central location. With its striking blue-green wall color, reminiscent of our local Vermont slate.  This king room provides two west facing windows, and generous floor space. Mettowee features matching nightstands, comfortable leather swivel chair, carpeted floors and leather sitting bench. There is a large closet with a bureau, providing plenty of storage. The spa bathroom features a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower with glass door, heated marble floors, and a large vanity sink.

Williams is a standard king room favored by many guests. Located on the second floor, it provides convenient access to both the front and back staircases due to its central location within the inn. Continue down the hallway to the bedroom with a luxurious king bed, wood bureau with ample storage, smart TV and large closet. Gilbert is a charming second floor standard queen room, located garden side closer to the front of the Inn, with convenient access to the front staircase. With its cobalt blue walls, west facing windows, and crisp white bedding, this room feels bright and cheerful. It features two night stands with drawers, along with a bureau, leather sitting chair and reading lamp, carpeted floors, walk-in closet, and TV. The bathroom layout gives you plenty of space, with a standard tub/shower combo, pedestal sink and classic black and white tiled floor. 

Nichols is a second floor standard queen room, located garden side closer to the front of the Inn. It  provides convenient access to the front staircase. This intimate yet quaint room features two night stands, two plush sitting chairs with a small table between. It has carpeted floors, TV, and a large closet. It has neutral toned walls, and a west facing window that showers the room in afternoon sunshine. The updated bathroom has marble accents, a walk in shower with a glass door, and a pedestal sink. 

Fenton is a standard king room located on the second floor. It provides easy access to both the front and back staircases with its central location in the inn. With rich red walls and  white accents,  its east facing windows provide morning sunshine to brighten up the room. It has carpeted floors, two leather Queen Anne style sitting chairs, matching night stands along with an antique bureau for storage, mini fridge, and TV. This updated bathroom has a charming vintage feel with its pedestal sink, white subway tile and standard tub/shower combo.

Prentis is a second floor standard queen room located closer to the front of the Inn, providing easy access to the main staircase. This cozy quaint room features two large nightstands with drawers, two sitting chairs with a small table between, carpeted floors, walk-in closet, and TV.  This room has a unique four post bed, adding to its charm. Its neutral walls, and large east facing windows complete this lovely room. The tastefully updated spacious bathroom has a standard tub/shower combo and pedestal sink.

Woodlawn is a “King Plus” room, as it features a separate spacious living room. It is located at the front of the Inn, providing a bird’s eye view of The Dorset Green. This room is situated in the original part of the Inn from 1796, and offers convenient access to the front staircase. The unique layout of this room connects the bedroom to the living room via the bathroom. The king bedroom with its English tan walls that frame east facing windows,  features two end tables with drawers for extra space, a large wooden bureau, carpeted floors, and a TV. The updated bathroom has a standard tub/shower combo, and pedestal sink. The spacious living room has a comfy sleeper sofa,  wood coffee table that opens for extra storage, leather sitting chair, Keurig coffee station, mini fridge, Smart TV, and extra side tables.

Ethan Allen is a second floor standard queen room overlooking the front half of the building and out towards The Dorset Green. This room is located in the original part of the Inn that dates back to 1796. It provides easy access to the front staircase and entrance. This delightful room is a guest favorite with its impressive wooden bed frame with built-in reading lights. It’s furnished with a  drop leaf table (providing a workspace area), upholstered sitting chair, carpet flooring, large bureau, TV, and desk. The bathroom layout gives you plenty of space, with a standard tub/shower combo, and pedestal sink.

Saddleback is our largest and most luxurious suite. This room is tucked away on the second floor with its own hallway near the front staircase, leading to the room. It is located in the original front half of the building that dates back to 1796. It offers a bird’s eye view of The Dorset Green. This room features an extra spacious living room, with a 3 cushioned sofa that pulls out to a true queen bed. It has two upholstered wingback chairs, a drop leaf table with two chairs for dining or games, an oversized leather ottoman provides additional seating if needed, carpeted floors, mini fridge, Keurig coffee station, smart TV and ample closet space. Its double sided fireplace leads you to the spacious bedroom furnished with a king bed, smart TV over the fireplace and two nightstands for extra storage. The spa bathroom has a double person whirlpool tub, walk-in steam shower, heated marble floors, heated towel rack, and a marble top vanity sink. This is a perfect room for an extended stay or as a bridal suite.

Connaway, one of our most requested standard king rooms. Located on the “two and A half” floor, with easy access to the front staircase. It is located in the original part of the Inn that dates back to 1796. It exudes charm and has period details. This quaint room, with its lovely floral motif wallpaper, features a large window seat that spans the entire width of the room, perfect for viewing the Dorset Green. This room provides a perfect spot to relax. There is a wooden dresser, two sitting chairs, matching nightstands, TV, large closet and carpeted flooring.  The updated bathroom features a walk-in shower with built in bench, with glass doors, and a granite top vanity sink.

Rockwell is a two room suite located on the “Two and A Half” Floor, in the front of the building offering a bird’s eye view of The Dorset Green. It is in the original part of the Inn that dates back to 1796, providing convenient access to the main staircase. The living room with its neutral decor, features a double sided fireplace, comfy sleeper sofa that pulls out into a double bed, leather reading chair, coffee table, dresser, Keurig coffee station, mini fridge and TV. The luxury king bedroom has an antique bureau, two side tables for extra storage, an upholstered bench at the foot of the bed and a TV mounted over the fireplace. The updated bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or living room, and provides a large walk-in shower with glass doors, marble floors, and marble top vanity sink. This room is perfect for a quick overnight or an extended stay.

Cephas is one of our largest and quietest standard king rooms. This spacious corner king room is located on the “two and A half” floor in the front of the building offering a bird’s eye view of The Dorset Green. It is in the original part of the Inn that dates back to 1796, providing convenient access to the main staircase. Featuring a wall of windows facing the village green, and distinctive sporting dog wallpaper.  It has two classic wingback chairs dressed in a plush red fabric, and a generous cherry wood desk, mini fridge, and Smart TV. There is a spacious closet, along with two night stands for extra storage. The bathroom provides a marble topped vanity sink, walk-in shower with a glass door and tiled marble floor.

Wilson is a queen room on the “two and a half” floor just a half flight from the second floor, offering convenient access to the main staircase. It has lovely views of the back garden through a wall of windows. This cheerful room with its deep blue walls and crisp white furnishings, is delightful in any season. Furnished with a leather barrel chair and side table, a large wooden desk with chair, two end tables with extra drawers, walk-in closet, TV, and carpeted flooring. The large bathroom features a walk-in shower with glass doors and a generous granite topped vanity.

 Pleissner is a standard king room tucked away on the 3rd floor, on the garden side, making it a very quiet and private room. Just off the back staircase, it offers convenient access to our back garden area and rear guest entrance. This room has ample floor space providing room for a small sofa that pulls out to a single bed. Decorated in a whimsical Adirondack style with a bentwood rocking chair, snowshoes and skis, this room feels very “Vermonty.”  It features a dresser, two end tables with extra storage, walk in closet, Keurig coffee station, TV, mini fridge, and carpeted flooring. The bright and updated bathroom has a walk in shower, and marble top vanity sink.

Frost is a family suite located on the 3rd floor just off  the back staircase, offering convenient access to our back garden area and rear guest entrance. This suite consists of a twin bedroom, king bedroom and a bathroom off the long hallway connecting the two rooms. This suite brings you directly into the roomy twin bedroom with its serene teal wall color. It’s furnished with a small dresser, a writing desk, upholstered wing chair, TV, and carpeted flooring. The spacious king bedroom has matching nightstands, antique bureau, an upholstered wing chair with side table, TV, Keurig coffee station, mini fridge and carpeted flooring. The large bathroom, located off the hallway, features a marble topped vanity with double sinks, makeup vanity with upholstered stool, separate water closet, and tub/shower combo. There is a closet located in the hallway next to the bathroom.

There is a closet located in the hallway next to the bathroom.
